Modernized the platform by implementing atomic design, cleaning up deprecated and broken components and fixing visual bugs.

Continuously worked on switching the legacy styling system to modern tailwind, cleaning up the code and making it shorter and easier to read and maintain.

Updated various dependancies and upgraded outdated 3rd party libraries for improved security and performance.

Implemented the Lexical rich text editor along with attachments, mentions and various other styling tools.

Implemented whitelabeling into the platfrom assuring visual and functional consistency across all ecosystems. The implementation allows for fully customizable color palette along with various togglable feature flags and labels. All settings are build time defined and/or lazy-loaded, ensuring a smaller bundle size as well as making sure that no client data is leaked.

Contributed to product discussions, recommended UX features that got accepted, guided non-technical members to better understand issues and proposed solutions.
